Our instructors are professionals in their field. What are you waiting for? Get ready for movement, rhythm, arts, crafts and anything in between!
June 4-8 | Woodwind Camp 1:00-4:30 PM $150
With optional morning Art Camp 9:30-12:00 $250
For Rising 6th to 9th graders who want to improve playing skills. Have at least 6 months of instrument study
• Each day will begin with a full ensemble warm-up. We will learn scales that the students need to know for band grade tests, seat placements and All-State Auditions. (While playing scales, articulation will be discussed and demonstrated.)
• Play in ensembles: Duets, Trio, Quartets with combination of flute, clarinet or saxophone.
• Play sightreading music
• Play in peer mentoring arrangements
• Students will present short presentations on music composers, music history, and music theory. These reports will tie in directly to the music that we are playing.
• Discuss important musical aspects: such as intonation, balance, breath support, embouchure, and phrasing, posture, which cannot be covered in a large school band.
Students enjoy learning in a friendly atmosphere from each other.
At the end of the week we will perform a short 30 minutes concert on Friday 3:30.

June 11-15 | Introduction to piano keyboard- Mystery on Musical Island
Designed for the student with little or no piano experience. It will help students develop the musicianship needed to continue the beginning piano class in the fall, or private instrument instruction.

10:45-12:45 Entering grade 3-6 $180 (9:30-12:45 with optional art camp $225)

1:15-4:30 Teen Camp Entering grade 6 and up
Join us to explore the mystical island and hunting for treasure! Beach, ocean life, tropical animals, pirates, treasures, light house are a few things that inspire our creation this week. Campers will create a variety of art works using various media including drawing, painting and mixed media.

June18-22 | Music & Arts Makers- Disney Magic 9:30-2:30 PM $230
Fun for kids entering grade k-5
Kids learn to develop musical understanding and skills in a fun and creative way. Singing and movement with Disney favorites, exploring various musical instruments, classical composers, rhythm pattern, music terminology, music games, arts and crafts are a glance of activities we will dabble in.
No prior music reading required.

June 25-29 | Music! Music! MUSIC! -Piano camp 10:00-3:00 $250
This piano camp provides a week of intensive learning and fun activities that celebrate the love of music.
Programs include rhythm with percussive instruments such as boomwhackers and bells, piano ensemble playing, games, music theory, introduction of classical composers, ear training, and much more. We will also use this week to prepare students for the up-coming ABRSM theory exam.
All activities shall contribute to develop skills to become a well-rounded musician.
Prior piano lessons required.

July 9-13 | Piano camp for intermediates and up 9:30-2:00 $240
- ABRSM theory exam preparation, rhythm with percussive instruments, ear training, piano ensemble playing, classical composers, music games, small group performances.
- Develop skill to become a well-rounded musician
- Requirement: Completed Faber lesson book 4 or preparing for ABRSM grade 4 and up.

Additional 30-minute private piano / violin / guitar lesson before or after the camp $30 /class
Additional math / English tutoring-1 hour every day for a week $90 / week (extended care fee will be waived)
