Our Music Theory Group Classes are free for students enrolling in our private music lessons. The curriculum is structured based on the “Theory Time” method book which recently became the new curriculum and tests for the National Federation Festival Music Club (NFMC) music theory events.
The classes will cover fundamental music theory concepts including notes, rhythm pattern, counting, scales, chords, aural and listening skills and more. Reinforcing the concepts helped mastered what is taught in private music lessons and built important foundations towards a well rounded musician.
For class placement, please communicate with your teacher to assign you a suitable level. A workbook must be purchased to participate in the classes. Please purchase online prior to the first class.
